LELAMBU ofrece este sitio Web sujeto a los presentes Términos y Condiciones. Al visitar el sitio Web o utilizar los servicios o aplicaciones del sitio Web, el usuario acepta estos Términos y Condiciones.

Para el acceso al sitio Web no se requerirá el registro de los Usuarios. Sin embargo, para poder contratar alguno de los servicios ofrecidos por LELAMBU, se requerirá el registro del Usuario y la aceptación de estas condiciones antes de formalizar el pago.

Los presentes Términos y Condiciones de LELAMBU descritos a continuación, definen los derechos y obligaciones de LELAMBU y los Usuarios en el marco del sitio Web. Estos son los únicos Términos y Condiciones aplicables al uso del sitio Web (sin perjuicio de que para determinados servicios podrían existir condiciones particulares) y a la contratación de pedidos a través del sitio Web y sustituyen a cualesquiera otras condiciones, salvo previo acuerdo y por escrito entre LELAMBU y el Usuario.

Datos de Usuario

 Para poder adquirir los productos ofrecidos a través del Sitio Web será necesario que el Usuario se registre a través del formulario de inscripción disponible en el Sitio Web.

El Usuario será responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de los datos e información aportados y de restringir el acceso a su ordenador y a sus claves de acceso para evitar posibles usos no autorizados.

Pedidos y condiciones de venta

 Los servicios y productos ofrecidos a través del Sitio Web de LELAMBU están destinados a la compra por parte de los Usuarios de gafas de sol de la marca LELAMBU.

Para poder contratar un pedido de LELAMBU, el Usuario deberá ser mayor de 18 años.

Para la realización de pedidos a través del Sitio Web, el Usuario deberá facilitar una serie de datos con carácter previo a la contratación, a través del formulario de compra, y que serán necesarios para poder gestionar su orden de compra.

Algunos de nuestros pedidos pueden ser enviados en diferentes remesas y desde diferentes almacenes situados tanto en España, Holanda e inclusive China.

Precio, forma de pago y códigos descuento

 Una vez completados los datos del formulario, el Usuario deberá proceder al pago del pedido a través de los medios de pago especificados en el Sitio Web.

Posteriormente a que el pago sea efectuado, el Usuario recibirá un e-mail de confirmación del pedido, en el cual se incluirá un resumen de los artículos adquiridos, la modalidad de envío solicitada y la dirección de destino.

Si en el momento de efectuarse el pago se produjese una incidencia que impida realizar el pago, el Usuario recibirá un mensaje automático de error de pago y su pedido no será tramitado hasta no completarse con éxito el proceso de pago.

Los precios de los servicios se expresan en Euros (€), incluyendo los impuestos y los gastos de gestión y envío, cuyo importe se indicará en el momento de la confirmación definitiva de cada pedido.

Todos los precios mostrados son precios finales, quedando expresamente excluidos el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA), sin perjuicio de que el usuario tendrá en todo momento información desglosada del precio del producto.

LELAMBU podrá ofrecer periódicamente códigos de descuento a sus Usuarios. Dichos descuentos sólo podrán aplicarse conforme a las instrucciones especificadas por LELAMBU con respecto a cada código, y en todo caso los Usuarios sólo podrán utilizar un único código por pedido.

El uso de códigos de descuentos no será compatibles con determinadas acciones promocionales y colecciones.
